5. Intellectual property

The Platform’s content (courses, texts, videos, quizzes, logos, trademarks, graphics) belongs to PAALENG TECHNOLOGY SARL or its partners and is protected by intellectual property law. Your registration grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the courses for your own learning. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or making available to third parties, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited.

Information you send us (messages, attachments to a quote request) remains yours; you authorise us to use it solely to handle your request.

6. Availability and liability

We take reasonable measures to keep the Platform available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access: interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or incidents at our technical providers. Course content is provided for educational purposes and does not replace professional advice suited to your situation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or damage resulting from use of the Platform in breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory legal provisions that apply to you.

7. Suspension and account closure

In the event of a serious breach of these Terms (fraud, security breach, unlawful content), we may suspend or close an account, after informing you where possible and allowing you to respond, unless urgent action or a legal obligation requires otherwise.

8. Third-party links and services

The Platform may embed or link to third-party services (for example YouTube videos or our social media pages). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Personal data

How we process your personal data is described in our Privacy Notice, drawn up in accordance with Guinean Law L/2016/037/AN on cybersecurity and the protection of personal data. Accepting these Terms does not mean you consent to receiving marketing communications.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the services or to the law. The date and version number are shown at the top of this page. Registered users are informed of any significant change by appropriate means (a message on the Platform or by email) before it takes effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Guinea. In the event of a dispute, you may first contact us at contact@paalengtechnology.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Conakry, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction and protection rules that apply to consumers, in particular those residing in the European Union.
